RETURN INFORMATION
For information regarding a return, the customer must contact the Customer Service Department of Lumiron with the following information:
Serial number of the item
Part or Model number of the item
Date of Delivery of item
Description of problem
Length of the the warranty of the item
Person to contact at your office regarding this return
If the item is no longer covered by warranty at the time of return, the normal repair fee will apply to the customer plus any shipping and handling costs incurred by Lumiron.
Any item returned within Two months from the original invoice date are subject to charges for damaged or missing parts plus a 40% restocking fee.
ANY ITEM THAT WAS PURCHASED MORE THAN MONTHS AGO IS NOT RETURNABLE. CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Once the item has been inspected and the return has been approved, a credit will be issued to the customer.
Products returned for repairs must fall under the warranty (not including power supplies, lamps and/or accessories). Lumiron will not repair any items that have been tampered with or poorly maintained. Items are generally repaired within one to two weeks; however, this time may vary due to the nature of the repair. If it is determined by Lumiron that an item cannot be repaired, a replacement will be made
